Hello, my name is Haleigh Allen. I have two sisters and two brothers. I love to play basketball, football, softball, and volleyball. I have Alopecia Areata. That is when the immune system attacks my hair particles. We were driving one day and I turned to do something when my mom saw something on the back of my head. When we got home, she looked at my head and she said it was a bald spot. So she made a doctors appointment. The first time I went, I got 6 shots in my head. I go for checkups every 6 months. I am also borderline diabetic. My experience with Riley has been amazing. The doctors there are wonderful.
